Crypto Waffle respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines how Crypto Waffle responds to claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the DMCA.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Crypto Waffle in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

2. How We Respond

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, Crypto Waffle will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the material about the removal.
Respond to counter-notifications if submitted.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or your district of residence if outside the U.S.

Crypto Waffle will review the counter-notification and may restore the removed content unless the original claimant files a lawsuit.
